[Jesus, Life Coach : Learn from the Best] I'm female & in business (we all are in one way or another!) and I don't agree that this is all business, or just for women. I felt this book was relevant for personal life as much as for business relationships. I want my husband to listen to it, and sent it to my best friend, and plan to send it to others I think would enjoy it.It is not new information, nor was The Path, but like The Path, it reinforces good principals that have been around a long time, reintroducing them into our awareness. It is about inventorying our vision, motives & inner life, and our relationships -- with ourselves, other people & with God. Laurie Beth Jones cites examples from the Master Himself. Regardless of whether or not you are a Believer, Jesus is a very good teacher & great role model. This book is a good follow up to The Path, and the author recommends first doing the exercises in it before proceeding to "Life Coach".I listen to these books on audio -- I enjoy them more that way. I have to say, the intro on Life Coach was hard to get through & put me off (kinda pithy) but once I got past that (it wasn't very long) it got good & I believe everyone could benefit from it. I don't know if I WOULD have listened to it when I was younger (and already knew everything), but wish I had been able to.

Great for life coaches or people wanting a better quality of life
This book had me in tears, I think because of the truths contained within it. It's not a sad book but gives the reader so many reasons to rejoice, reminding us of the love, grace and mercy of God and Jesus Christ. I recommend this for anyone struggling to make sense or wanting to make more sense of a seemingly senseless world. I do warn you though, that the author makes many references to her other works, with which I was unfamiliar. The main thing I felt I lacked from knowing her other books, was having a personal mission statement. The Path, by the same author, helps readers develop personal mission statements and vision statements and is also a great read.

Life Changing
Her style of writing paints such a vivid picture in your mind so that on recalling the image, the whole "lesson" of that particular chapter is brought to mind too. So in a quick thought the power of the point being made is reinforced. The whole book is full of these images, these lessons, these productive ways of looking at our lives by seeing how Jesus lived His. I loved this powerful little book.
