At first the product worked as described. My wife and I only use it occasionally for work clothes and no longer than 5 minutes a session. We keep it unplugged when not in use and more importantly we only use filtered water. Meaning no calcium or other mineral deposits to ensure it lasts a long time. It stopped working this week and just when it was really needed. I've seen steamers that are used for hours on end and could last longer than this one did. Buyers beware.. I'm going to BBB soon as the company doesn't want to honor their warranty.Update 7/10/22: The company reached out and honored their 2 year warranty. Which honestly gives me confidence in their products again. The product worked well when it did. I will continue to update if the replacement works/doesn’t work or if they provided me with another defective product.

I'll start by saying that with the first delivery, the telescope holding the hanger was damaged when I tried to put it together. I was frustrated that I had to send it back and almost didn't reorder. I am so glad I did. I have owned many clothes steamers in the past and all have had their issues. This one is, by far, the best. What I like most is that a button has to be engaged for the steam to be released (though there is an adjustment where you can have continuous steam without holding the button). The other steamers I have owned start to steam when it hits its heat level, making my walls and windows wet with steam. This steamer doesn't do that. It will only start to steam once I activate the button. As well, I can use the steamer at the bottom of a long garment and it will continue to release stem. My other steamers would either stop steaming or spatter if the steam handle was held to low. So far, I haven't had any issues of spatter at any level with this steamer. It is small, compact and easy to store. The only thing I wish was different is that it would have some clamps to hold pants or smaller items that don't fit on the hanger. However, overall, I am happy with this product and glad I purchased it.

I loved this steamer and used it weekly. It was super convenient to keep in my laundry room and use it instead of dragging out the iron. But all of a sudden it stopped heating up. I’ve done everything except take the head apart. It’s leaking water out of the holes (which it never did when it was working) so I’m assuming that means the heating element is broken. I’ve tried to send them an email, but I got it sent back saying it wasn’t a valid email. There is no number to call for customer service so I’m not sure where to go from here. Supposed to be a 2 yr warranty and I kept my book, but there’s nothing helpful in it.Edit to add: I wound up calling Amazon customer service and they gave me half my money back since it was over the 30 day return period. I was glad to have something for it since I almost trashed it.

The power of the steam is very good. The attachments are awful. The attachment that holds the steamer falls off the pole, sending the steamer to the floor. The attachment that you are supposed to be able to hang your pants on is so cheap and unstable. We have never been able to use it. I was really disappointed. I am going to have to fix it so I don't have to hold my pants in my hands to steam them. I would not recommend this item.

Pretty good for the money. This heats up quickly and has a cleaning feature on it which is nice after you’ve used it a little while. For lightweight items I’m sure you could use the hanger that comes with it but I was steaming over 100 heavy polyester band uniforms and I’ve got to say this thing worked really well for that. I had hoped to be able to just hang them and run the steamer across it but you actually need to have it make contact with a uniform or whatever you’re ironing if it’s a heavier fabric. It has three different settings - I left it on high for all my work. The reservoir holds enough water for Plenty of steam. You can flip the steamer head from horizontal to vertical so that’s helpful and it’s really nice.

I have had this steamer 3 months and probably used it 5 times. Filled the tank with water and when I picked up the handle to the tank to place in steamer, the handle came loose, the tank fell to the floor and cracked my tank and missed up the seal in the tank. I have emailed the company to see if I could buy a replacement tank. I heard from their customer service within a couple days. They mailed me a new tank within a few days at their expense. I love my steamer and the customer service this company provided me.
