So I'm still looking for a magsafe rugged case and this is not it.It's a good case and I think the addition of the magnet on the back is a great idea. However with the plug in or out it doesn't do what Rokform says it does. Tried with a ESR Halolock charger and with an apple original magsafe puck, neither would charge the phone with the case on.Rokform claims " With the lower magnet still intact, you can still wireless charge while utilizing magnetic mounting and all of our mounts" however this doesn't appear true.As others have said, I'd also have preferred a front screen protector for it to get it's 5 stars.Going back for me.

The mount and case seem very good, however, the quality of finish on the stylised faux-carbon fibre leaves me wanting more.The faux-fibre has sharp edges, this isn't recessed into the case meaning you can feel the lip and some sharp traces on the case. This gives it a cheap feel. The magnet on the case is really handy, except when you forget it's there and put it down on a desk with screws on it (I thought I had lost a screw when I happened to be fixing an electronic device only to find it on the magnet! But that's not the cases fault that's mine lol)Locks seemingly securely to the Rokform motorcycle mount.My only concern is the cheap aesthetics, leaving the case just plain would have looked and felt better.

Wasn’t sure about getting a case for my mobile as I generally prefer to have nothing covering it up, but I must say this case is pretty nice. Solidly built and looks pretty nice with the carbon fibre look at the back.The buttons are also well made and feel solid unlike other cases I’ve tried in the past. These are clean and distinguished making for a satisfying press that doesn’t feel compromised. In fact I’d go as far as saying it feels better due to the extra coverage.Only thing I would maybe say is a little bit of a pain is that the magnet is pretty strong making it quite awkward to remove the case of you need to. I think most people would just fit it and leave it on though so not an issue or fault but something to note.When combined with the Rockform motorbike bracket it’s really solid. I also really enjoy the fact you can just place it anywhere that’s steel or where the magnet works on, so I’ve had it attached to the most random places that I would normally have had to do without.

The case is advertised as rugged, but doesn’t come with any kind of screen protection other than a slightly raised edge around the front of the phone. All of the attachment methods advertised with the twist lock, are utterly pitiful! They certainly twist but in no way at all do they lock! I purchased the case with a stick on twist lock mount to go in my van and when I tested it in my hands, there was no effort required to in-twist the fitting as it does not lock in place at all!The only secure method I would say this case has of mounting, is the magnets. Once you fix it to something, it does not come off easily, which is great. But as the main reason for buying it is the versatility of the twist lock mechanism and available mount choices that it provides, being completely nullified by the lack of it actually “locking”, there is little point to the case.

I Absolutely Love This Case. It Fits So Well & Snug. I Recently Got The iPhone 12 Pro Max In Graphite And I Wanted Something That Would Look Great As Well As Protect My Phone. This Case Is Perfect. It Does Not Make The Phone Heavy And Fits Great In My Pockets. It Does Take A Little Bit Of A Squeeze To Get The Phone In The Case But Once It’s In, There’s No Coming Out. It’s That Snug!!
