My girls don't have many items by Sylvanian Families, but each one they have is precious to them thanks to their high quality design, look, and feel. This deceivingly simple set contains a single figure and a bunch of accessories, but the complexity and fun comes from the sheer number of combinations and fashion styles which can be created. The focus on this particular set is cutesy - the set coming with a sweet mouse character, clothes hanger, rack, parasol, skirt, cape, and more. It's fairly easy to further mix and match with the clothes some of our existing figures and sets came with. The clothes are easy to remove and put on and shouldn't tear unless you're being excessively rough.

Lovely birthday gift

I ordered this Sylvanian Families set for my youngest daughter (aged 5) as she already has a selection of the toys from this brand and loves them.This is a great and very well thought out set. It comes with a great range of accessories and allows for lots of fun interactive play.As is to expected from Sylvanian Families the quality of the pieces are exceptional. It’s a great addition to any collection for any young fan.Only thing to be aware of is the size of some of the pieces are fairly small and should be kept out of reach of small children. I’d recommend this set to be suitable for ages 3+My daughter certainly has fun with it and being lightweight and easy to travel with she’s found herself taking it with her from anywhere from her nannies house to play with to her school for ‘show and tell’ day.I think it’s a great value for money set that would make a great gift for a loved one who is a fan of this range of toys.

I am so impressed with the Sylvanian Family 5540 set. This is the first time that I have tried out anything from the Sylvanian family range and my grandchildren were super engaged with this playset. Included in this playset is clothes and accessories. The set also comes with a wardrobe and one hanger to hang up any spare clothing . The accessories are the best part in this playset as you get an umbrella and a little handbag for the mouse to hold. This could be used as an expansion pack and teamed up with other Sylanian Family sets. I just used the packaging as the background and let the grandchildren play with this toy. Overall, I am very impressed with how well crafted the outfits and accessories are.

This little Sylvanian families set is fun for my little one to play with. They loved to make up stories and dressing the little figure in the different outfits provided.The colours are nice and the material used is soft covered plastic which means it is hard wearing but nice to play with. Some of the items are a little small so you have to make sure they don't get lost while playing.It is good as it does go with other sets too to create stories.
