I feel that most of these are either inevitable facts of this type of products or done intentionally as part of the intelligent design of the bags. For the couple issues mentioned (as part of the color bars and instructions) that are exceptions to this, I believe they're easy to overcome for the consumer and would be manageable for the company to adjust in the future.Final Recommendation and Star Rating Justification:Overall, I would highly recommend this product to others, and still feel that it's worthy of 5 stars despite the less than an handful of minor issues noted above, as the pros are very strong and greatly outnumber the neutrals and cons. These bags are a great find and are worth the price they are listed for.

Love the variety of sizes, never leaks, safe for boiling water, easy to clean because there’s no zipper. Only bad thing is that the plastic slide to close them can be extremely difficult to slide

The inside of the bags were all stuck together. Every size. I was afraid I’d rip the bag trying to get them apart. Unfortunately I couldn’t use them.

Perfect silicone bags. Not hard to slide on the top (idk what everyone here is on about) and they’re just the right amount of thickness. Colors are super cute and have gone through the washer quite a few times now. No weird tastes, easy to handwash and they stand up on their own kinda.

I've been looking for these for a long time. Tried other brands and the seals were never fail-proof. They'd pop open and not stay sealed shut. I love the design of these WeeSprout bags. I also love that they're 100% silicone. Most of the other affordable brands have added plastic which defeats the whole purpose. And did I mention that I also love how affordable these are?! The company is fabulous and customer service is stellar! Very pleased all around with this purchase.

I purchased the extra-large bags from Wee Spout last year and have been extremely happy with them for being heavy duty, solidly made bags that I use for a variety of food storage needs.This package of bags disappointed me right out of the box. The three larger bags were so stuck together, two of them developed holes when I tried (very carefully!) to pry them apart. Not only that, but when I tried to open one of them, it also ripped another gaping hole. Those two go into the trash. The 3rd larger bag opened with some water and gentle struggling. The smaller ones are still a work in progress to get opened without ripping. I assume that this box of bags was exposed to some very high heat (hot warehouse perhaps) or has been stored for quite a lot of time.I guess this ends my love affair with Wee Sprouts.

Like quite a few customer reviews, the bags stain waaaaay too easily and are difficult to clean after that. And, the most important issue is that the slide closure breaks too often and too easily. I've trashed all but one bag because they're utterly useless without the closure piece. Also, the stand broke when I opened it. Didn't mind but the system isn't worth it.

Every morning, we feed each of our dogs a raw chicken leg (don't worry--raw chicken bones are soft or many predators would have stomach issues from eating birds). We buy a lot at a time, so we place them in new Hefty qt bags and double bag them in bags using twist ties before we freeze them. NEW HEFTY BAGS LEAK!! And also other bags leak, too. Too many times we have had to clean up liquid from thawed raw chicken in our meat drawer. Raw chicken leaks mean cleaning with lots of soap and water and an antibiotic spray! A mess.Since I can't afford multiple packages of Stasher silicone bags (the kind rated #1 in many reviews), I researched lots of other kinds. I have bought these made by WeeSprout and ones made by AISHN. None of these bags have leaked. My husband complains about putting the plastic closure on them, because it is hard on the new bags. BUT THEY DON'T LEAK.The other brand gives me more of the qt sized bags. I now use them for almost everything I put in the freezer--raw meat especially. I am 100% satisfied with their performance. I just wish they were easier to clean. Small bags can go into the dishwasher, but larger ones by WeeSprout just fold over. So, they must be hand cleaned. But it is worth it to not have to go into biohazard mode to clean leaked chicken liquid from my refrigerator. And it is good for the environment not to send bag after bag to the landfill!
