WiltonExcelle Elite Non-Stick Springform Pan, 9-Inch Size, Grey

I used it to bake banana bread for less than 10 times and the spring lock is already broken. I can't lock the pan now which mean i can't use it to bake anything. Too bad that I can't refund it no more. Would not recommend it.

After making sure the bottom of the pan was inserted properly and that the pan was locked, I found that batter still leaked out consistently from one side of the bottom of the pan, right where the pan tightens. Water gushed through when I tested it and naively I decided to use it anyways since the batter was thicker, but it still made a mess and the cake bottom (the cake was prepared in a water bath) was soggy. I spent half an hour trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong, but in the end my friend and I determined it was the pan that was faulty. Disappointed in wasting $22.

Good value, and I’ve made many cheese cakes with it at this point, but it can be kinda leaky and allows water in if you are baking in a water bath. I always wrap the bottom in multiple layers of foil but some water always creeps in. This has never totally ruined a cheesecake for me, but has given a few soggy crusts.

Turns out the seal on this pan is not great... I used this over the weekend and found out the hard way. The batter seeped through the bottom edge of the pan and ended up on the bottom of my oven... Didn't look so great when I had guests coming over and not only was my dessert a mess but my home smelled like smoke. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend this pan. Used it for a cheesecake and I ended up with a soggy cheesecake 🤬 water leaked right through the pan
