I had a little trouble setting up the camera at first, but I called support and they got it working within 15 minutes. The thing that was missing for me was that I was setting up the camera separately from the NVR, so I had to:1. Connect the camera to the same network as the NVR (on a PoE port)2. Install Hikivsion's SADP software on a computer on the same network as the NVR3. In SADP, the NVR and the camera should show up4. From SADP, set the camera password5. In the NVR settings, add the camera6. Connect to the NVR via web console (or directly on the NVR wi and configure the camera as needed in the settings thereAgain, the whole process took about 15 minutes. It may take a little extra time if you aren't used to working with computers or you need to get a spare network cable, find your NVR, etc. Support did a great job.
