Great
They were very well packaged, with food, and moisture pad put in their container, and a heat pack put in the package with them to keep them warm. No room inside their for them to rattle around either. They arrived very healthy, and after some weeks are still very healthy and active, and have a surprising amount of character. They're a great addition to my tank, and very good little cleaners.

These are so cute
Ordered yesterday, came today. Added all 5 blue snails to the tank straight away. They are going to town on the algae, leaving everything clean as they slide about.My golden barbs are having a field day at picking apart the plant I ordered, pulling it outa the ceramic rings! So I have the plant floating on top of the water... But it's actually ok there. The fish aren't touching them while up there so I'll give it a few days to grow a bit then replant.. thanks I love these lil guys 👍🏼

My 6 snails are fab, they arrived healthy, on time and are a great addition to my tank - they are thriving and have all grown a bit bigger and seem very content! Thank you ❤

Very Disappointing & misleading advertising
Dont waste your money here it's a RIPOFF!!!! Snails nothing like pictures advertised. Paid £23.00 for 5 tiny snails 5 plant stems.Wrote to supplier, I just got intimidating sarcastic reply saying I got a sixth snail free. Yes i did but it was dead. How generous! Plants small & spindly one stem broken but I was told I'd got a free stem too!

Huge infestation
They are such beautiful snails, unfortunately I had a huge infestation in just under 3weeks we went from 5 snails to over 60! Would not recommend for this reason

Arrived extremely quickly, 5 snails and 5 plants.
Purchased 5 snails and 5 plants. a couple of the strands of plants weren't anchored in their weights but that was fine.The snails were all alive and took to the tank well.Great addition. Thanks for the good service!

Would recommend - if you want a lot!!
I started off with 5 of these little guys and now have around 50! Really pretty colour.
