Do these boards have bus lines?

No. The power lines (Pos and Neg) are pinned out exactly as on the Arduino MEGA 2560 R3 board.

The pictures displayed here do not have the same pin out markings as my mega board and the 'reset' button in a different location. please veirfy.

I use these with the Mega2560 R3 from El... and they work Great! I have used many of them. If the photo does not match, your board / version / manufacturer is probably a bit different and will most likely not work. They do have a short version that supports the upper half only, but if one part is different I would not take a chance... Hope this helps...
