Q: how long does one dose last

Hi Anita,it depends on your anxiety level, it could last one hour or more. For instance, I am very afraid of Oral presentations, I could have a couple of sprays a few minutes before the presentation and I could see my fear diminish. I guess it all depends on the tolerance levels as well. Sometimes I need more doses than others. The drops are also good, and if anxiety is too high you can combine it with Passionflower, sold also through Amazon. I can also tell you that, after 3 months of using these products I don't depend on them that much.I hope my answer helps.CC

Absolutely. One little spray should do it. You could repeat in 3-4 hours if dog is still tense or nervous.
