The device is badly made and from cheap materials and does not work and when trying to return or replace an error message appears

It works as a replacement for my BN59-01242A remote, just doesn't strike me as original... Mute button is not 100%. Overall, certainly better than using a mobile app remote control after my daughter threw the remote control in the bath tub
