Presser Free Motion Shank Big Foot Low

Perfect for my singer 328k

This is just a wonderful foot. If you struggle with going over intersections with bumps (you know - all those layers of fabric at the intersection of a 4-patch that have you screeching to a stop as you're stitching merrily along with your fmq?) Well, this little jewel just glides over them like butter. PLUS, it's clear, so you can easily see where you're going and where you've been.My only complaint is that the shank (and all parts, for that matter) is plastic. You need to take a little care not to over-tighten the screw when attaching it to your machine, as you'll certainly crack it. However, I love how easy it makes quilting and the price is very reasonable. IF YOU DO FMQ, YOU REALLY NEED THIS FOOT IN YOUR COLLECTION! CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH!

I bought my first bigfoot about 20 years ago. After multiple moves I lost track of it, most likely in one of those boxes that just hasn't been opened yet, so was tickled to find it online to get another. It's exactly like my old one, works perfectly and is so easy to use. Makes freehand quilting a breeze. Wonderful product. I highly recommend.

Installing it is a bit confusing at first. I had to watch a video to learn how. After that it was super easy. It works great. I definitely recommend it.

Just what I needed!

I used it with my 22 year old Elna and I can't believe how much my quilting improved!!

It did what I wanted, The foot is large enough to hold down a puffy loft around theneedle area so it can be sewn without clumping. However... the glare on the plasticfoot from the light on my machine and supplementary light makes it quite difficult tosee what (or where) I am stitching. I bought another, smaller foot, also clear plastic,and will give it a try, but I will probably keep playing with the Little Foot product totry to eliminate the glare. It works so well with puffy batting that I was greatly disappointedwhen I had problems.

This has taken my free motion embroidery to a whole new level! Excellent quality and price and so happy with the purchase. Fast shipping too.
