We recently lost our dog. We buried her in the yard and I wanted a marker so I would know where she was. Something I can put at grass level and run over it with the lawnmower without breaking the stone or mower.This granite plaque is perfect. I ordered 8"x12", personalized it for our Dog with a photo of her in B/W. I did not know how that would come out.It is actually etched into the Granite! So are all the letters and pawprints between the lines.I did glue it (outdoor glue at the hardware store $6.99 a tube) to a 12"x16" concrete block to provide a solid back for it. (block $1.48). Just to add color I used the rest of the glue to put flat marbles around the entire granite stone.I accidentally bought white glue, I would advise clear. But I'm ok with it. No one will see it but us.Now I will just dig down about 2", poor in some sand to make it level with the ground and supported...and stomp on it to set it in. :DQuality is wonderful for a home memorial. They do a wonderful job.Shipping was quick, packaging was secure.

This is beautiful!! I got this to replace the marker until Headstone arrives and it is better then I imagined it would be. Heavy weight durable and will probably last forever so we can move it to foot of grave once headstone comes. Did get weather guard and stand for it but beyond worth it!!

I bought this marker to memorialize my dog. The quality is amazing. It seems durable and has a decent weight to it. The stake went in without issue or bending and I hope it holds up to the test of time my initial thoughts though are that it certainly will. This is a beautiful stone that bc like easily be used as a marker for a loved one. The laser engraving is great even with the big fluff ball it really captured my girls essence and would certainly display a persons features even more flawlessly. The shipping time was quite reasonable and the packaging was extremely secure and wrapped in multiple layers of large bubble wrap. It was well worth the wait and anticipation. I couldn’t speak more highly of this item it really has brought peace knowing that after a decade with my best friend we can have something beautiful to mark her resting place
