Bad photoshop and product quality
They don't provide you a preview of the image they've modified, unlike other merchants, and the final printed image was awful when it arrived.The quality of the bottom stand given to hold the picture in place is poor ,has lots of scratches on them and does not have names printed on it as shown in the pictures.overall - a super average product and there are better quality alternatives available on amazon
