Fantastic product. Well built. Commercial-grade, heavy duty construction.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Buy it. Takes me 10 minutes and no zebra lines. Scotts took 1 hr and created green zebra lines in yard due to faulty design.

New Echo Spreader.
Just used the Echo spreader (60lb) for the first time. Much better than my old Scotts Elite. Spreads a wider pattern, evenly. Rubber wheels go over the rough ground much more easily than the smaller plastic ones on the Scotts. Hoping to avoid the streaking left by the old one. I believe this Echo will do that.

Impressive spreader
I replaced a Scotts Elite spreader with this product because the Scotts couldn't spread enough fertilizer when it was set to the number on the fertilizer bag. This spreader not only distributed the right amount of fertilizer, but it spread a wider path which meant fewer rows which meant less time. It's very well built, easy to push and it did an amazing job. I love it.

Industrial feel
My main reason for this purchase was I was fed up with Scott’s spreaders. I tried 3 versions from least expensive to most expensive. The last model I tried was their “Elite” spreader which I can confirm was their worst. The Echo RB-60 is built better and the spreading mechanism is balanced so I no longer have stripes on my lawn. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the spreader is not the easiest to push. Can’t say I have worked up much of a sweat fertilizing before but I do with the Echo. I guess it translates to a better workout :)

Excellent
It's an excellent product. It's bigger than I thought. That is good because you have to load it less times!

A Spreader that will last
This is a very sturdy no nonsense spreader that was easy to put together and provided consistent spreading action. Simple mechanicals don't allow for odd variations (I had to return a 'green company' spreader to the green company as it had too many bells and whistles to adjust to keep the flow consistent.) I feel like this will last me a lifetime; big hopper, big pneumatic wheels equals big satisfaction!

More expensive for very good reasons
This Echo is THE spreader recommended in lawncare forums. It's more expensive than the big box store Scotts spreaders that are everywhere, but after having to look at yellowed lawn stripes for 6 months I can say the Scotts is absolute junk. the hollow wheels block granules from spreading and hold them until enough builds up, then dumps WAY too much in single spots. The Echo has the impeller higher above the SOLID wheels and it spreads like a dream.sometimes cheap is just as good, this is not one of those cases. A better spreader gives visibly better results

HARD TO PUSH. NEEDS STEEL WHEELS WITH BEARINGS. ANOTHER CHEAP ASSED PRODUCT
While this is a nice cart, I for the life of me can't understand why they would put pneumatic tires on plastic rims without bearings. Really??????? If I would have known that, would not have bought it. Customers. Until this product is made with steel wheels and bearings to ride on the shaft, do not buy this product!!!! IT IS HARD TO PUSH WITHOUT BEARINGS ON THE RIMS TO SHAFT. TOO MUCH FRICTION!!!. BE LEARY OF THIS PRODUCT.
