Not as described, but it does work well!
Not as described BUT after drilling for a 4 hole mount as picture showed, and bracing the pole for the larger pipe dimension than described, it does work.Vendor's supplier substituted so not vendor fault. Vendor refunded cost as it clearly did not match ad picture.I WILL order from to his vendor, very helpful and prompt support!
