Not worthy
This product look wise is awesome. But performance it not good for this amount. Its easy to assemble , very handy. What you see in low cost refracting telescope of 3k to 5k is visible through this telescope. I see many people have mentioned its good for kids and beginners. But this amount is not all worth for this telescope for beginners. I believe the price is made high for the stand. The telescope came with 6mm and 20mm lens. Tried with each of the lens to look the moon at sky. No craters are visible through this telescope. Tried the 2x Barlow Magnification and of no luck. I have an old refracting telescope which was bought of 5k and could view craters , which is not visible in this 76mm reflecting telescope. I had to return this item. Thanks to amazon for refunding full amount in 2days.

Nice for Kids
This is a great intro telescope for kids. It will not show you the great details of a more expensive telescope, but is great for its intended audience. For kids, it is very user friendly and sturdy. It is very easy to set up and very easy to site in on the moon or planets.

Just plain fun
I was looking for a cheap reflector telescope to use for teaching people how they work, and I wanted something that I wouldn't mind getting damaged by six year olds. This more than fills that bill. In addition to showing how a reflector works, it produces a pleasing image. It is so easy to use that even the young kids can adjust the pointing and focus (with some supervision). The red dot finder is very handy for basic alignment, and easy to use (if a little flimsy and difficult to adjust). This is a good starter telescope, though if it isn't dusty a year from now (meaning it is still getting used) I would recommend stepping up to a better quality scope to see more objects with better image quality. The ONE REAL DRAWBACK to this type of mount is that you require a table to use it (or be willing to lay on the ground). When I teach, I have a table, but I rarely use it outside at night. That's where the tripod mounted models are better. If you have a picnic table or other sturdy surface to put it on, though, go for it.

Awesome family fun scope.
Perfect starter scope for kids and family. Pretty good optics. Included eye pieces are pretty good for back yard scoping but could be better for night sky. Will definitely get better eye pieces. Love that it can be set down on any flat surface without a tripod. Makes on demand sky watching easy. Great size. When not in use it sits on an end table and makes for nice decor.
