I bought this bottle in stainless steel and I love it! My review for that bottle is below. I wanted to get another one for a new house in a different location. I came across this one that was made exactly the same, except that it was plastic rather than stainless steel. It was on sale for half the price of the steel one, so I decided to go with it. It is just as nice as the stainless as far as construction. Granted it won't be as durable, but I know that this thing will last many years. Perfect!This is perfect as a water bottle. It is heavy duty and tough. The paint on it hasn't chipped or come off in any way as tall and I have had it for a while. This is only for cold liquids, not hot, but I bought it strictly for water. I carry it on our morning hikes and take it with me for yoga, cardio, etc. It keeps the water cold a long time if you keep it shut. That is absolutely my favorite thing about this and the reason I chose this bottle. The straw is built in and you can shut a cover over it. Your straw isn't hanging out ready to catch any viruses or germs that are in the air or on whatever surface might come in contact with it. I can grab this and pop it open, get a drink, and re-close it with one hand. Once you snap that top on, not a single drop of water will come out of this thing. You can shake it around, carry it upside-down... whatever, it will not leak. If you see any water droplets in the photos, it is because I just washed it. It comes in 16, 24, 32 and 40 ounce sizes. I chose the 24. It is the perfect size for me... enough to get through a whole workout or hike, but not some huge, heavy thing I have to lug around. It even has a little flip up handle on top that you can carry it by. I fill it up in the afternoon before I workout and again before bedtime to leave on the nightstand overnight. In the morning, I add water if needed and take it on my hike. Then I wash it with the breakfast dishes and it is ready to go again. It comes in lots of color choices from subtle to bright, so you can make it fit you. I went with classic black on black. If anything ever happens to this one, it would have to be that I lost it because I think that is pretty indestructible, but if anything happens to it, I will buy another one exactly like it! Love it!

This bottle is perfect! I love that it is clearly labeled so I can see how much I am drinking throughout the day. The cover is great because I can sip or pour. The lid is easy to open, fits easily in my small hands, and is the perfect color to see exactly how much water is remaining in my bottle. It would not keep ice cold for long, as it is not insulated like the non-Tritan variety, however it works well since I go through water quickly throughout the day.

I love my Owala stainless bottles, but they can get a little heavy to carry around with other stuff in my bag. This bottle gives me the same great design, at a much lighter weight.

I got this after a long string of broken water bottles had me thinking none could ever withstand me. Thankfully, this one has proven to be much tougher and more durable than my last 6! It’s the perfect size to fit in my car cup holder, and is lightweight and has a truly leakproof seal. I love that the lid is interchangeable, and I have already got a replacement in different colors that I can switch between for a custom feel! The clear bottle is perfect for covering in stickers, and I love that I can see the color of the straw as well.

Where I work we can only have water in a clear bottle at our station. I can say, this bottle is amazing! Easy to get a quick slip of water while you are working. Will not spill over and very easy clean up.

This is one of those products where the gap between hype and reality surprised me, perhaps because all the Owala FreeSips I've seen have been the metal version rather than the plastic. Even so, I don't think there's an excuse for having a label that leaves a permanent residue, or a plastic lid that smells so foul. The engineering here is clearly ingenious, as is the quality control on the mechanics of the bottle, but the materials need a rethink.-- UPDATE --After a week of peeling and washing, the soap smell went away and the remnant of the glue peeled off, and this quickly became my favorite water bottle. I have used it daily for the last 3 months, and rate it easier to clean and easier to drink from than my old Nalgene, Kleen Kanteen, and Takeya. There is a lot of hype around these bottles, and I'm sure that in 2 years we'll all look back on these as "so 2024," but for now I've ended up being pretty happy.

I traveled to Ireland with this water bottle. It fit perfectly in the outside pocket of my backpack. I chose it because it was clear. I love the sip top. The seal was full proof, It laid on its side during my 7 hour flight to Ireland and did not leak I would buy this again..
