Awesome book, but I wish it would tell more than just a few paragraphs behind each story. I expected a little more.

If you are looking for in depth details on things like what was Page and the rest of the guys were using in the studio or how they got particular sounds, this is not the book for you. It's a fun read though and skims the surface of what was going on during the recordings.

Packaged well. Arrived on time. VERY nice book, in good condition. Many photos, loads of information.

Excellent! Better than expected, and arrived in 3 days. This book is comprehensive, concise, and has many more photos than expected, but not at the expense of info. My Led Zep fan's FAVORITE Xmas gift!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This book is a waste of time and money. It is virtually unreadable. A complete waste of time and money. This book is misnamed, the title is completely misleading, and should be titled "Rock Critic Chris Welch's Personal Opinions About Led Zeppelin Songs". It absolutely is NOT "the stories behind every Led Zeppelin song", to which I was looking forward, with interesting information about the composition and meaning of the lyrics, the composition and development of the song, the development of the album material, the recording process, the engineering and mixing of the album, interviews with the band members and memories of the songs themselves.... instead it is nothing but the personal opinions of Chris Welch about the songs, filled in with historical tidbits and information about the band and the individual band members which any Led Zeppelin fan already knows. I was rarely as disappointed by a book as I was by this collection of jaded opinions and shallow reviews. "The Stories Behind Every Led Zeppelin Song" is nothing but nonsense, it is "fake news", it is an editorial, an opinion piece, with little to no information about the stories behind every Led Zeppelin song. Don't waste your money. Buy a Led Zeppelin album instead. At least then you'll get your money's worth instead of wasting it like I did.

This book is billed as the "story behind EVERY ZEP song". Well there were very few stories about the actual songs and the inspiration. Although it certainly was filled with the authors opinions. He was basically saying "in this song Page does a great solo, and in this song Plant really tears it up". I don't need someone to describe the song to me!Dreadfull book. I could even get through it, and I love Zep.Zero Stars. Save your money.

Quality product with good value for money. Well-written and very interesting. Beautiful presentation.
