Using the labels for garden use - as advertised - to identify where/which bulbs were planted.A friend said I was right to buy wooden labels as she had used plastic ones and when it rained the writing was washed off.

Wood detoriates , surprisingly quite quickly .Not suitable for Scottish weather .

The sticks seem sturdy enough but the pen is useless. After one use the lid jammed on and wouldn't come off and because the pen itself is made from a cardboard material it tended to bend as I tried to remove the lid. An ordinary ball point pen works as well. A bit overpriced in my opinion.

I ordered these plant markers as a replacement for plastic markers. I have a allotment so use a lot. I found that over the seasons the plastic ones become brittle and snap. So something more environmentally friendly required. After a look these fit the bill. Good value for money sturdy and plenty of room to write on and comes with marker pen. Already in use outside ink has not faded after rain. Note the pen has a protective white cover on the nib remove this first and marker works well.

Another very useful addition to my battoire de jardin. Necessary to identify what is in a pot when you have planted seeds or bulbs in it as they stay underground for some time.

Needed these for all the seedlings I've grown during lockdown. Arrived on time, items are wood, so bio degradable. Shame packaging was plastic ............ Have only used a few so far, so can't comment on how long they last, or how durable the pen is.

Just as described, and the included pen writes well on the labels.
