Awesome product. Just a few things to note.
I just got this and opened it up for a workout. Gyms closed near me so I was eager to workout! I will say this item is very convenient for those with little space in their house. There’s plenty of workouts you can do! However there’s a few things you should know before buying:1. The bar is a little short for my preference. It makes it tough to do some “shoulder width” grips for workouts. But it’s still very doable.2. The anchors/hooks on the bar are very very sturdy. But in order to put the door mount on, swap bands, add bands you have to unscrew each anchor to get it setup. So this will take away from some of your workout time. It isn’t the most convenient setup, but it’s very sturdy so I don’t mind.3. Last thing is I didn’t receive instructions with it so I looked through the questions and reviews. Maybe I missed this somewhere in the ad but they don’t send paper instructions, but a PDF. This is actually very nice. But I don’t have message notifications on so if you didn’t look through the item questions or your messages, you’d probably miss their instruction PDF.All in all everything seems like great quality. I hope they sell different band weights though because some workouts I’d like to do, 40/80lbs is too much for them. It’s definitely much better than spending $500 on that stupid X3 bar that’s being advertised everywhere! I might write a review after using it for awhile to see how the quality holds up.

Really work much better than expected
I have really enjoyed these products. I was looking for some type of resistance training equipment that wouldn’t take up a lot of space and this was what I decided on. The bar and the individual hand grips are sturdy and comfortable, and I’ve been shocked by the amount of exercises I can actually do with this combination of accessories.I think everyone would be as skeptical as I was about how bands would work for resistance. I can say that for me, I think they are actually better than dumbbells. My joints typically hurt with dumbbell workouts and eventually end up hurting bad enough that I’ll lay off the weights for a while to recover. With the bands, I feel like I’m getting a good workout, but not having the joint strain. What I have found works best for me is doing each exercise to failure, meaning my muscles just can’t do another rep, rather than sets of quantities. Doing this has made me feel a lot stronger, and I can visually see the difference. Another advantage I’ve found is for traveling. I can easily fit the bands in my suitcase and take them on the road with me.Overall, I really enjoy this product and would definitely buy another.

Great value to add variety to your small home gym.
The bar itself is solidly built with a pleasing soft foam coating. The hooks don't rotate, so you need to get a little creative with your starting grip to make sure the band doesn't rub against your hands when doing squats or overhead presses. The bands are a good length for most exercises. Double up and step on them to do dead lift, use 1 foot for overhead press, 2 feet on a single loop for curls. The bands themselves seem to be well built. No manufacturing flaws or weak points. The door anchor feels cheap, just a hunk of plastic and some stitched fabric. It gets the job done, but I wouldn't trust it for heavier loads. The exercises it shows you can do with it are also a bit confusing. Doing a chest fly from the top of a door and a band of this length is awkward to say the least. The included PDF exercise guide is kind of a joke. It's nearly exclusively just illustrations that give you a vague idea of the exercises you can do. With bicep curls and tricep extension being located in the leg section. Much better to just go look up videos for other resistance bands or the X3.It's not as versatile as some dumbbells and an Olympic bar, but it's not nearly as expensive either. You can get a good workout with this combined with some body weight exercises at home.

Great sturdy bar and bands with some nice possibilities.
I’ve only had my bar a few days but I love the flexibility it gives me not just with the bands provided but I’m also able to incorporate other resistance bands that I own with the bar. The bar is definitely expanding what I can do past using the bands alone. If I have any issue with the product, it’s that the carabiner clips are a little small with the clearance on the locks so I have to slide the bands they sent with some effort since the screw lock isn’t as large as I thought they’d be. That’s an easy enough fix, I’ll pick some up that will probably work out better having seen what was sent.Even that minor inconvenience doesn’t take away with my satisfaction with the product in general so far.

Does What $500 X-3 System Does!
Yes as a certified personal fitness trainer and having read Dr Jaquish's book I wanted to use what his X-3 System did but did not want to lay out $500.I read reviews where others also did not want to lay out the $500 and they were highly pleased with this unit.I have to agree with them! This system is AMAZING for the price! It is well made and offers the Jaquish range of motion he describes in his book. The bands are very sturdy.I am recommending this unit to all my friends that want to use Dr Jaquish's X-3 System!

Great option for at-home/portable resistance training
I bought this to supplement at home workouts during the Covid quarantine and it is one of the best investments I made during this time. The order shipped quickly and everything was in good condition. The door rig attachment is awesome and really increases the versatility of this product. So far the bands have been sturdy and provide more resistance the the normal set of bands you'd find at a local store. The bar is cushioned and wide enough to to most exercises you'd do in a gym. My only critique so far would be the gates on the triangular rings. They tend to stick and get really hard to open sometimes. OVerall very happy I bought this product.
