Incredibly durable, heavy side stitch that holds up to wear and tear.With two huskies, two older teens, and in a high traffic area this rug has held up like a champ. Could not be more impressed with the quality.Its design and colors are very nice too.I wish this company would make more colors and styles. Is outfit my house with a variety of rugs from them.

Love it would like to have one 10 ft by 8 ft

I ordered the grey Kingdom Traditional 10' runner in 2020. I had it put away for years but having gotten it out ,placed it in a new location, I checked to see if I could still get the 8'x10' and I was able to. The new carpet was shipped, diverted and "lost" in shipment, properly labeled by the seller, it was delivered in the same state that it was shipped from and yet, noted that I had received it, which I had not and verified on security feed based on the time delivered. Both the seller and I filed a report and the seller provided a refund. If that wasn't odd enough, a couple of days later, during the the FedEx investigation that again stated that had been delivered to our home address and signed for by someone that does not live here, I received another shipment update and upon reviewing the said update, it noted that there were now multiple shipments for the same tracking number, the first one still showing delivered and signed for, which it had not been and the second was to be delivered today. The shipment was moving and arrived today. During this experience, I had been in communication the entire time with Mark of Carpet King Area Rugs, the same company that I had originally ordered the runner and area rug from and to let him know that I had received the rug. Mark was responsive and helpful during this whole excursion. While I can not fault the carpet company for the wild shipping excursion, Mark was as helpful as he could be and we were able to resolve the issue. I am somewhat disappointed that the runner and carpet were not an exact match as I had hoped, they were close enough that I decided to keep the 8'x10' area rug. It is a lovely grey, pattern and noticeably soft to walk on. Yes, it does have a "new carpet" smell and that will dissipate with time. I purchased from Carpet King in my original runner purchase and then again for my new 8'x10' area rug. Even with the unique shipping experience, I would order from Carpet King again and this is a lovely pattern and color that can be easily coordinated/blended. It's not as thick as some of my other rugs but it is noticeably softer and it looks great where placed. Still a disappointment on the color/design matching but it was 3 years between orders so, I consider myself lucky that it kind of matches. The runner, I loved enough to order the area rug and had I bought them both at the same time, I would tend to think that they would have exact match.

I purchased several of the green rugs in various sizes. They are beautiful. The quality is excellent. The color is rich. I am so glad I purchased these items.
