Organic Valley, Organic Whole Milk, 128 oz (Gallon)

When we first started buying this for the house, no one seemed super impressed save for the VERY long expiration date.We once switched to cheaper brands and gagged. Kind of like a big monitor, a 4k TV, a fresh glasses prescription, etc, the difference is more noticeable when you downgrade.

This one is pretty good. If I need milk, I will definitely get this one.

I love this milk. Amazon Fresh only allows you to buy 1 because it is like couture milk. I usually finish the gallon in three days (as a single female adult) and the expiration date is like 2 months away

Fresh tasting organic milk!

This milk tastes excellent, has great body, and tastes no differently, perhaps even better, than regular pasteurized milk.With the coronavirus pandemic, I try to avoid going to grocery stores as much as possible to limit my exposure to the virus. I've been using Amazon Fresh a lot recently and have been ordering this ultra-pasteurized milk, which is a little bit on the expensive side, but because it's ultra-pasteurized, it has an expiration date 5 or so weeks into the future, which means that I can buy 5 gallons or so at a time without the milk spoiling before I finish it.This means a lot to me during the pandemic as it limits the number of orders I have to place, eliminates shopping in person as much at the grocery store, etc. and risking exposure to the coronavirus. I have never seen ultra-pasteurized milk at any grocery store and am glad that Amazon Fresh offers it.

But this milk really doesn’t last long. It’s bad before the expiration date. Sometimes I get a week and recently this milk said it would expired in 3 weeks…we don’t drink milk too much but my wife uses it to cook with, make smoothies… so we had a lot of milk left and it all had to thrown out. It wasn’t even expired…. I just went to TJs and saw their milk expires in 2 mos..that’s crazy … we like the taste of this milk, it’s rich and creamy. Just spoils so quickly..

Pricey for the milk though.
