Can't use this for an air horn
The seller did ship fast and technically the item works. The valve does not let enough volume of air through to operate an air horn though. I was trying to replace a Grover solenoid that had the same sized ports but sadly, the horn squeaks instead of honks. Not much money to waste really, it was worth a shot.

it did fix my problem
The solenoid that came with my horns was 12/24 volts... but it didn't actuate with less than 13+ vdc... so if the engine was off... no horn.. this one I pushed down to 10vdc and still functions. So it did fix my problem.I'm going to get another one to shove more air to the horns and in case one fails the other one remains. The horns have a real-life use... My kids go riding their quads and I call them back with the train sound... it carries over a mile with 90psi. I would recommend I would buy again.

Leaks with CO2 after a short time
Got one of these to control low pressure (10psi) CO2. Started leaking slowly after 50 or so 5-second activations. Replaced with another one of the same type and it started leaking at around the same interval.

Great working product!
Installed 2 of these in my car to actuate a pneumatic exhaust cutout. Knowing so little about inductive loads at the time of purchase I was surprised when it stalled my car upon releasing power. I didn't know it at the time but the collapse of the magnetic field in an inductive load sends a NASTY voltage spike into your electrical system. I added a diode backwards between the positive and negative leads when rewiring them and I never saw the problem again. They have worked as expected this entire time with absolutely no issues.
