My front plate was just screwed to the front of my van and the local car wash that recently opened has a front-to-back brush that was grabbing it and bending it upwards.I scoured Amazon for a 'strong' plate frame that would hold up against this. I finally decided on this 2-frame set based upon the product description, color and styling. So far they have held up to multiple visits to the car wash. An added bonus is that they look really nice against my white van and the vanity screw caps have stayed in place and enhance the overall look of them.The only downside to these frames is that the registration stickers that are placed at the bottom left and right of the plate are obscured. I'm not concerned about this myself (until/unless I get pulled over), I'm more focused on keeping my plates from being folded in half.

I'm not going to send these back, they would charge me for shipping...I'll find someone to give them to. The frames seem to be good quality, painted black, and would have looked fine on my 2000 GT, with one exception; they cover the lower one inch of the plate, and my plates have a description of the Navy Medal on the plate. If you're a vet, and got a "personalized" plate with one of your medals, you'd want the full description in view. By the way, vets, you can get a free added personalization by taking your DD214 with you when you order your plates. Check with the Tag office.

Exactly how I expected it to look!

This is a nice, simple license plate frame that looks good on your vehicle. It came with all the needed parts (screws and caps to hide the screws) and was easy to install.On my car, I noticed that the metal license plate frame vibrated against the license plate and the metal of the car body. I purchased some felt pads (like you'd use on the bottom of a chair leg) and stuck those to the back of the license plate frame and to the back of the license plate itself. That got rid of the metal vibration noises.

These are what I'd call "okay" quality - probably will work just fine for most uses, nothing special or snazzy. A little on the thin and flimsy side, though, and the size is a little odd so it didn't line up the way I expected. Worth about what I paid for them, I would say but still docking a point for the odd fit and sharp edges.Unfortunately I could not use them - Oregon state puts the registration stickers at the bottom of the plate, and this frame obscures about 80% of the stickers. Didn't dock a point for that but wanted to warn others!

It doesn't fit oregon license plates. It covers critical ifno. I would be risking a ticket.

Nice but bottom right or left, have to cut a bit bigger because the frame covers the stickers . Police could give you a ticket . I take a picture later

Great cover, one of the plastic pieces broke but was able to assemble. Also it’s medal which was a perk.

Arrived on time. Packaged well and packaged individually. The matte black is very nice. Looks good. Came with the required screws packaged.
