Great customer service
When I first put the frame together, I noticed that one of the knobs would not screw on evenly. I don't know if it was the same knob, but a few days after using the frame, one of the knobs no longer tightened.After posting my review I contacted American Dream Products by email. Almost immediately they responded. I received 2 new knobs in less than a week. I am really pleased with their customer service.

I think the product is quite nice, it just didn't meet the needs for my current project which I bought this for in the first place. Couldn't keep the canvas tight enough to get good even stitches. Went back to work on it with a big old hoop.

Somewhat disappointed
I am somewhat disappointed with this product. My Aida fabric will not tighten up in the center. There is a looseness so that when I am cross stitching near the middle of each row there is some sagging. I have tried to tighten everything up, but it stays somewhat baggy. I am hoping that the finished product will be fine, although I am not far along with the project.

Worthy Product
Just what I was looking for. This works much better then the old standby round hoop. This holds the project flat and tight enough to make working easy. Worth the money.

Very simple to mount project on and good tension.
Good tension. Sides of fabric a little loose but otherwise great frame. Easy to tighten up when necessary. I do love the ease of attaching the fabric to the frame.
