I ordered these chair pads for my 1930's wooden dining chairs, on which the seats had been recovered with light padding, which wasn't satisfactory because they are so hard to sit on. I'm very happy with these pads so far. I ordered the brown, which is actually a dark taupe and matches the existing thin seat covers perfectly. I placed these pads on top of the lightly padded seats to make them more comfortable and they fit reasonably well.My solution to the problem with the pads being too flat and arrive wrinkled is to put them two at a time in the dryer on MEDIUM OR LOW heat for about 10 minutes, which I found will fluff them up, and even better, will remove most or all of the wrinkles from the corduroy fabric. My pads look great now.I don't know how well they will hold up, as I saw a few comments about the lack of quality in the stitching, but I'm hoping that they will withstand reasonable use.

These come vacuum packed, so when I opened I spritzed them with water and put them in the dryer to fluff. Worked well! I have the 18 x 18 and they are true to size. They sit well and I like the corduroy. Very soft. They tie nicely to my chairs. I can’t speak to wear and tear yet. Give them a try!UPDATE: I’ve had for almost 3 months and these are still looking great and are still fluffy with no flattening. Still recommend.

I bought this for my mother to put on an arm chair in her living room. She's shrunk due to age and her chair is sagging with age also. She feels short and 'swallowed' by the chair now. She loves this cushion but prefers it on a dining room chair. She says it is not thick enough or big enough for her arm chair. I wound up buying her a very big patio chair cushion from Homesense. Had to buy a set but whaddaya gonna' do????

The 18”x18” cushions I ordered were actually 16”x17” when I measured them, and I’m returning them because they don’t cover the full 18x18 seat of my dining chairs. On the plus side, the fabric looks nice, with fine corduroy ribbing that’s not overly shiny (like cheap velvet). Color is a nice dark red and not garish. Cushion comfort is just ok, could definitely use more filling but ok for the price. No idea if the 20x20 size will actually turn out to be 18x18 and actually fit my chairs, but I’m returning these and ordering those to give it a try since there are few other options for square dark red cushions with ties.

Some people have complained that it's not true to size but mine is. The color is nice and the fabric is soft. I looked at a lot of other cushions and I'm glad I ended up with this one. It was a good purchase for me and I highly recommend it.

EDIT: 10-2020 The pillow has not aged well. It looks 10years old, flat, worn, ugly and useless.The pillow comes vacuum packed, when it plumps up it is still wrinkled.It is not as thick as it looks in the photos, and it is not very firm when you sit on it.The tie strings are very short. It fits my chair seat, and is usable, but I expected better for this price.

I needed a seat cushion for my metal desk chair, and this one is perfect. Soft, comfortable, and the quality of the fabric seems pretty nice. I would say the price is a little high for one seat cushion, but it's pretty worth it.

There is not way this cushion is gong to expand to 3.6 inches no matter how much I fluff it..the description is corduroy but the fabric is very cheap and the the cushioning is very poor. Definitely not worth the money and it a no for me going back!!
