For the price, this kit is a great value.I really like the easel. It's lightweight, easy to set up, and comes with a storage bag. It holds a canvas up to 16" - anything larger than that, it feels unstable. The paint and brushes are student quality. There's enough colors of paint to get you started and a wide selection of brushes. I like the taklon best.

this is a good beginner set - my favorite part is the easel.

I purchase one for each of my grandchildren of this art set. These were Christmas gifts. They love them and use it all the time. They are so nice I had to buy one (or a couple) for my house. I also enjoy using this set and especially like the easel which is portable and we can take any place. This kit has a nice variety of art supplies and is exactly as advertised. It is suitable for any level of artist from beginner to advanced. I gave it 5 stars and highly recommended it.

Great for the price

It was a great Christmas gift for someone .

This is a really good product, especially at this price. I assumed that by offering so much at this price, the quality would have to take a hit somewhere. I was wrong. Everything is really well-made. It's not going to be professional grade or anything like that, but it'll take some abuse and last through multiple uses. Good idea for someone who wants to start painting, or someone who's been doing it for a while and wants to have some extra tools available to them.
