Robust
I like the herb stripper but with arthritic hands I have found it impossible to remove the cover protector to enable me to use the blade. Asked my daughter to remove it for me and she could not do it either. I know we need safety precautions but not to the extent that you cannot use one of the purposes of the gadget

Handy kitchen gadget
Arrived quickly, quite a nice size. Stripped thyme and rosemary with it quite successfully. The blade cover doesn't stay on. The blade is sharp but to be honest if rather just use a knife, which is easier. A good kitchen gadget.
