Great, heavy duty, stylish, timeless stainless that has lasted us our entire marriage and will for years to come. Not quite as heavy as originally, but still shines and great quality!

This silverware is of excellent quality. The difference can be felt in just picking up a piece in your hand; it is quite heavy ~ which is what I was seeking. The silverware sparkles beautifully and looked lovely on our dinner table.Each set comes nicely packaged in an elegant little box. I am looking forward to adding more to our collection.

I recently replaced a setting of my 1800. I immediately noticed that the table setting sets now come in different packaging and the individual pieces don’t have the same heft as those I purchased over a decade ago.I did a quick online search and, sure enough, the company was purchased by Lenox in 2015. I would say the quality looks to be there, but the brand stamps are sloppy/off-kilter, and the new utensils are lighter weight.At the current prices, these are absolutely fine for every day use. But if you want a perfect match to your older sets, you’ll likely need to go to replacements (dot) com.

My wife and I received this pattern 37 years ago for a wedding present. We have always liked the design and were pleased to be able to replace the pieces that became "misplaced". Thank you!

Bought this thinking it would be replacement for pieces lost. The quality was very bad . Retuned it.

This is an elegant design and the quality is good. The wife wasn't sure about the salad fork but now she really like it and is excited about the design. I have received numerous complements on the new flatware. They have matching serving utensils so overall, a great value.

Have been using this pattern for more than a decade; a few pieces have accidentally gone down the drain and been damaged in the garbage disposal so I am replacing some pieces and adding a few more place settings to have a larger set for holidays. The new sets match my old sets perfectly. Dishwasher use hasn't tarnished the utensils at all. Reed & Barton makes a great product!

The Reed & Barton pattern "1800" is a real classic. It is a very graceful pattern, versatile enough for casual and more formal dinners where sterling is not suitable. The weight and balance are very nice. Highly recommend this one.
