The powder didn’t dissolve properly so i always had bits in my glass, the afternoon sachet made me feel light headed and very lethargic, the opposite to what it is supposed to do, I had lots of bloating and lost no weight in 7days of taking them along side a calorie controlled diet and exercise, a complete waste of money. 😩

I have only had it for a few day but I just can’t get over the disgusting flavour when I had my first morning one it made me through up 🤢 I haven’t had any weight loss but I have not had any bad side affects yet x

For me a found the taste isn't very nice and the powder don't dissolve very well

I find these really good been on them a week and lost 12lb as well as following a low calorie diet.

Highly recommend im on day 3 and so far its worked , more energetic than ever before, iv currently lost 4.4lbs and feel great about it. Whilst on these i also do light to minimal exercise and calorie count. Hardly hungry and never bloated. This product is the only one thats worked on me. Thank you

It tastes fine but not sure it works

Worked for me and alot cheaper than boom bod with the same results! Prefer the strawberry to the orange flavour wise.
