MUCH better and brighter then I expected!
I work for the post office. Our busiest time of the year is of course the darkest time of the year. Most carriers during this time of the year, easily work 12 hour shifts. Which puts us doing most of our routes in the dark. Its a struggle trying to find the best method between being about to see when driving in the dark and then being able to see in the cab well enough to read addresses on packages and mail. Well, this little light helps that struggle significantly. One of my past times is waterfowl hunting. So I have used a number of headlamps in the past for setting up decoys and blinds in the dark. So I have a good sense of what makes a decent headlamp.Brightness: Much brighter then I expected it to be. No, its not 500 lumens. Am glad it has 3 brightness settings. No headlamp or flashlight or even automobile lights come anywhere close to their advertised lumens. But this headlamp is amazingly bright for the price. Patter is decent as well. A lot of LED headlamps dont focus well and dont have much range, but this little lamp doesnt suffer from those cons.Battery life: Seems very good as well. I have only been using it a few days so the longevity of the cells I cant attest to. I also dont run it the entire time I am out driving in the dark. But over the course of about 6 hours of constant on and off again use (mostly on), it doesnt dim at all.Motion Sensor: I didnt know this was a function of this headlamp. Or any other lamp for that matter. I stumbled upon it while testing it out. At first thinking it had a short in it cause it was turning off and on. Once the light came on in my head (yes pun intended) on its function, this headlamp truly became a game changer for me and my work. Being able to quickly turn the light on and off with a swoosh of the hand or nod of the head, lets me go from being able to see addresses and putting mail in a mailbox to the darkness I need to be able to see out the windshield at obstacles and or my next stop much much quicker. AND I am not being forced to either hit the buttons on a headlamp or twist the nob of the cab light in my truck. It also comes in handy for talking with buddies out setting up for waterfowl, I can quickly turn it off without having to take my hands outta my gloves. The motion sensor on and off feature is simply amazing. The only problem I have with it is, I move a lot of things close to my face with my job. So I do tend to turn it on and off by mistake quit often. I am adjusting to it but when alls it takes is a single quick movement to turn it back on or off, thats barely a problem worth stating.Overall rating: Its an easy 5. And when a $15 dollar time can compel you to right as much as I have about it in praise, then you are WELL above its value in satisfaction. Brightness for me is also WELL beyond what I expected. Battery life for me is WELL beyond what I need. But if it werent, at the price, Id just buy more. Which I actually intend to do. I have 10 co workers whom all struggle with the same problems with the job. So I am going to secret Santa everyone this year. The motion sensor was the only part of this that I gave a 4 out of 5 star rating. Its a little to sensitive for my liking. But thats more a me thing. I pass a lot of mail in from of me as I deliver and tend to rub my nose a lot during cold weather. So I am often triggering the light on and off my mistake. Taking away a few inches of the sensor range would make this headlamp an absolute perfect item in my book. But when you are paying for a 3 and get a 9.5 item, you take that happily. Cause most of the time its reversed when buying stuff online.

I would gets again, but large it fully once you get it
When I first got this, I was disappointed. It was bright in the house, but once I went outside during the night, it didn't light up anything in front of me. I go flying my drone before sunrise on my trike and the bike path I ride on has been a bit messy from the hurricane we had here in SW Florida. I had tried several bike lights and none of them worked for me.After charging this one, I was extremely surprised at how well it lit up everything n front of me AND off to the sides a bit. Completely even lighting across the area lit up. No banding light is what you get with some lights. No hot spot. Just smooth even light. Now, I have to say this, although it completely lights everything up in front of m, I have to charge it again once it gets to about half the battery. Now, inside, it is still very bright, which is great, but since I need a light that lights up everything every time I go out, I just simply recharge it once I notice it's changing. The light part is like the head of a nice solid LED flashlight with the glass like the lens on a camera. Kind of rounded instead of flat. That's most likely why it gives off smooth lighting. The head will go up and down about 90 degrees or so snapping into place each time you move it so it stays in place, where you want it, very well.I don't have any problem with this light. Well, one little thing is that the inside of the band in the back where the battery pack is it's starting to show some wear after only a month or so of wearing it. It uses 3 18650 batteries which don't show the mAh. It has 3 levels of brightness with strobe and SOS features. There is a button on the battery pack that turns on a steady red light or a blinking red light if you press the button again. Pressing the button also shows how much battery life you have left and there is a mini USB port for charging as well as a regular USB port if you want to use it like a battery pack to charge your phone or other devices that charge via USB.The light has a zoom feature which will let the light flood the area or zoom in on a small area in front of you. You can't tell by the picture but when zoomed all the way in, you see the 4 quadrants of the LED. The light mechanism itself is a very strong metal and seems very durable. This is a VERY good quality flashlight. Even the plastic battery casing is much better than all the others I have tested. If this one gets lost or something happens to it, I will definitely get another one. It came very quickly after ordering it. The price was very decent compared to others and then after factoring in the excellent quality, it's a very good deal for the price.I bought this myself and nobody has influenced my review. There are times when companies send me products, not the case here, and I let them know that I give my real opinion on the review of the item. I make sure they understand that. Some companies have decided not to send me items because they know they might not get a good review. I always let you know the good and the bad about my purchase. The only thing I could find, which isn't really that bad, is the wear on the band, but like I said, that's not really bad. I might ask the company for a spare headband later.Hands down, one of the best purchases of 2022.

But not 5k
It does not burn close to the time it suggests. Not even close. One and a half hours on bright with three 9900 mA.Look at the last line in the 2nd picture - read it carefully, thats a deception like buying a bag of CHOCOLATE (flavored) CHIP COOKIESThe zoom is the best I have ever run into - crazy tight. Guessing, I think pictures 1 is 1 1/2 - 2 football fields away. The 90° wide angle needs to be wider And I understand that this is a problem for the manufacturers of this type of lite. The quality is the same as most of the others you will see for under $100, (look for the rounded front piece that fits nicely over your forehead, both the large and small lights - all from the same company. For some reason it is not at all clear who this umbrella company is, each light has a different logo on the headband and that's it. They seem made by the same company with different components, each claiming more of this or that. I divide what they say by 2. I imagine a huge warehouse where each shelf is packed with Lego components that are exchangeable with each other, and some guy has paid whatever to wander through with a shopping cart choosing unique combinations which he lets his eight year-old child assemble at the kitchen table. Which is fine because the parts are good, and eight-year-olds are a lot more creative. All that being said, the light will last from six months to a year (daily use, three hours bushwhacking) before it will no longer charge batteries, (at which time you can buy the separate charger), the other parts working for another six months before requiring duct tape and super glue and Velcro and whatever creative repairs You favor. The above has been MY experience in owning many of this warehouses assemblies. P
