The only reason I’ve given a four stars is the taste nasty. I mean actually disgusting but having said that it does actually help you doze off. It does actually work so it does as advertise just be warned. It is nasty tasting almost like you’re getting a mouth full of cedar wood

THING TO KNOW IS THIS: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TEA - UNLESS YOU HAVE OTHER TEAS TO MIX WITH IT. I HAVE BEEN USING VALERIAN IN VARIOUS FORMS FOR DECADES SO I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE UNBEARABLE STINK, YES I SAID STINK. IT IS DISGUSTING; AND YET, IT WORKS. CATS GO NUTS SNIFFING IT - DO NOT USE IT AS CATNIP - JUST DANGLE A TEA BAG IN FRONT OF KITTY'S FACE AND WATCH. THIS IS SORT OF THE FELINE VERSION OF FUN AS COMPARED WITH THE CANINE VERSION OF FEEDING THE DOG A SPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED I HAD PREPARED TO RETURN THIS STINKER -ALAS!!! EVEN AMAZON PRIME DOES NOT WANT IT AROUND. NO RETURN. SO TO AMUSE ME AND THE KAT, I SHALL KEEP IT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. I MUST WARN YOU ONCE MORE, IF I CANNOT DRINK THIS NO ONE CAN. Received what I expected.

A nice herbal tea, to help you, with your night routine. If you are one of those individuals whom have trouble getting to sleep right away.

It did help me sleep but I felt very groggy the next morning. Plus it tasted awful.
