I suffer from back pain for the past 7 days and am using an old clumsy heavy back brace. Yesterday I found this and the reviews were great. So I ordered and got this just now and put it on immediately. Oh my God, what a difference. It is not heavy and clumsy, fits well, especially the back, and the double closure is great. I want to put my review out immediately just in case someone like me sufferiing needs a good back brace as soon as possible. Of course I can't tell how long it will last since I just got this.

I already had the same one, but it had a horrible smell that I couldn’t get rid of from wearing it and washing it so much. I had it for many, MANY years so it was about time I get a new one anyway. I don’t wear it much in the summer, but it’s my best friend the rest of the year. It helps so much with low back pain. Just the fact that I’m ordering the exact same item should tell you that it’s good.

this has honestly been excellent. I got into an accident had a lot of back pain. i drive a lot so since i got this i have been extremely releived and having it for a second week im finally also able to hit the gym.For the price its amazing. However i think if i were seriously injured I dont think it would have worked as good. plus I dont think its super long lasting but for a few weeks and or months or as a one time thing during an injury outstanding.

My favorite brand finally made an under your clothes belt that really works, thank you. The small version is for max size 30! (I am 34 but forget it). Too bad as it has less material, but the OS still works. The best belt yet of any brand I have used.

Calling it "one size fits most" is not realistic. It is simply not large enough for the average "dad bod". The outer band can be stretched to maybe 38-40" end-to-end if you pull it REALLY taut and allow a couple inches for overlap. "Fifty inches" is a joke. I'm 34" at my waist and maybe 36" at my navel, and it's boa-constrictor tight on me. The main band fits well, but then what's the point of the outer band? The inner band is also too wide top-to-bottom, so the upper edge sits high and digs into my back, but that seems to be the case with most brands.

I am an active 70 yr old woman with osteoporosis in lower spine. With all the rain we’ve been having my lower back has been sore for days. It’s arrived today and I instantly put it on around my pajama shirt.Instant comfort and relief!This wrap is made well. I have a 39 inch waist and it fits comfortably with room to spare. Does not roll up when you sit down.If you are struggling with lower back pain do not hesitate to buy now!!!

It's good quality, but if you are closer to 50", you will probably like you're being attacked by a boa constrictor. I bought this "one size fits most"...most, hmmm. Seriously, if you're over 45" around the waist, you probably don't want this unless you are dieting and heading the right direction weight-wise. That describes my situation. It's too tight for me at the moment, but will probably fit better if I lose another 10 pounds (still losing weight). To give you an idea, I'm currently 240 lbs and 47" around my abdomen. I hope that helps anyone who wonders if it's large enough.
