Xblue X16 Voice Server with Self-Install Modular Connector Package, XB1610-00

The office phone lines went down after a really bad storm. We were able to purchase this as the replacement. So easy to install. Hopefully we do not have to purchase again, but definitely would if we need to.

Bought this for business after old one got hit with lightening. Super quick to set up and replace the old one! Not sure why all VoIP phone systems aren’t this easy.

It works but does not last. I think this is the 3rd unit that I have had to replace. If you have any kind of storm come in the base unit is likely to fry. Yes, I have surge protection and it protects my Linux, Windows and networking equipment just fine. Only the xblue constantly blows up. The manual(s) are also a bit confusing. If there was another choice I would honestly move on.

This is a replacement for my X Blue X16 phone system. I have this system in my office with 4 phones for over 3 years now.One of the ports went dead, When I could get X Blue Customer service on the phone they were helpful. X Blue Customer Service is a hit or miss! I would recommend the phone system.

It is extremely easy to set up an office of 6 to 10 phones like we did, the problem is that our "server" (the box) started messing up after a year, requiring a reboot to allow us to use our phones again. We replaced it with a new one and it went in fine. Just worry that our other offices may start to flake out.

Good value here for busy medical office.

Very easy to install.. A must to have 6 phone lines. you only take off the screws on the main phone switch and then there are 2 screws that hold the module inplace. Put the case back on and plug the power in and your done.. It only took 2 min to install.

It worked perfectly!
