I needed a hat with good sun protection for golf. But, I didn't want a bucket hat. I already have two of those and they are too floppy in the wind. I have a head circumference of 23.5 inches which converts to a 7 3/8 hat size. So, I used the size chart which put me on the lower end of XL. When I received the hat it was way too big. I should have respected the reviews that said it runs big. I reordered a L and it fits perfectly! I have worn it a number of times on hot and windy days and it has never blown off yet it gives really good ventilation through the mesh. Plus, it's very comfortable to wear for 18 holes. Lastly, I really like the style. I typically don't like how brimmed hats look on me but this is a definite exception.

Outstanding! Looks salty and packing was to perfection-large box-no warping. Ordered Large and fit was perfect. Pricing was excellent as well. Bought it for golf but will probably wear it around generally.would definitely purchase again.. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Style and price

Nice quality, looks exactly as I expected. Only reason it didn't get five stars is because the size runs very big. If you think you "might" need an extra large, I'd really think twice about it. I thought I'd need it and its absolutely to big for how I like my hats to fit. Very nice hat!!!

Received the hat today. Packaging was excellent. The hat was not misshapen as some have reported with other hats. It arrived in a sturdy box. The hat fit perfectly and is comfortable to wear. So far so good.

Great cover for outings or vacations, as I employed it. Easy pack and bounces back to form. Head band was excellent in being snug without binding. Great purchase indicative of quality and fit/form.

My fault for ordering the wrong size. It's too large, but still functional.I won't deduct stars for that. As it was my fault.The packaging, on the other hand, lost it two stars. No protection at all.It arrived completely out of form. Several creases that will not go away.No matter how much I try to form it back to it's original shape.
