I would recommend this book. I am sure there are many thoughts in here that can definitely help preachers young and old.

I have previously bought On Pastoring and this is just as good. I love HB Charles writing style and presentation. Just so fluid and easy to read. I have to make myself take in bits at a time to digest it all without reading the whole book in a day. It makes you want to do that. great information, great clarity, great insight. Solid teacher. Love it.

HB writes for the beginner and the seasoned preacher as he offers these nuggets of truth from his experience. He covers the preparation and delivery of the sermon adequately and invites the reader into critical analysis of his/her approach to preaching. A must have for any pastor or preacher.
