Our front grass has struggled every year,its north facing so is shaded by our house as well as our neighbours and it dries out in the summer turning brown at the slightest hint of sun. I've tried for many years mostly unsuccessfully to solve the problems. last autumn(2019) I bought packets of Graminex drought tolerant and shade resistant grass seed and so far it seems to be doing well, the grass is growing thick and strong.

Delivered in no time at all considering what's happening to the world right now , unlike homebasewho are taking a age to deliver , so when i have de stoned and top soiled the area and get my second order as the are to cover i never bought enough first time round , i'll be back , and let you know the results of growth texture etc

Very easy to spread results in just a few days

Too early to rate the product as this can only really be assessed once spread, germination, growing rate and appearance assessed. The product was delivered quickly despite the present Coviod-19 issues and restrictions this is imposing. However, the product was delivered unpacked and as a consequence the box was damaged leading to some loss of seed.

Good product

June 2020, was spread generously, watered and kept damp as best I could each night, grass grew very quickly even though the blades are thin, they are standing up well to the current sunny weather, even my previously patchy areas are relatively green. Happy so far

The seed mix that has grown appears fine, but as an experienced gardener, the patchy growth some 5 weeks after sowing, with only around 60% seed germination rate, is not what was expected from a premium product.
