What could be more appropriate than to talk about The Clone Wars Visual Guide on the day that the second season of the animated series of The Clone Wars opens on TV? The Visual Guide offers the reader an excellent look at the first season. The book is packed with shots from the series and explanations of what you are looking at. We learn about individuals such as the Jedi, clone troopers, Count Dooku, Asajj Ventress, Jabba the Hutt, etc. The various types of ships and weapons are covered, and brief scenes from some of the episodes are included.This book is far from heavy reading as it lives up to its name by being predominately visual. The idea is to look at and study at your leisure many of the things you enjoyed watching in the TV series. The presentation of the material in the book is excellent, and the quality is first-rate.I recommend that any fan of The Clone Wars take a look at The Visual Guide. I am confident that you will enjoy it, and I believe you may find reasons to go back and look at it again numerous times.

This book is an excellent reference for anyone who is into the Clone Wars movie. It clearly explains the characters, battles and vehicles for those who want all the details. My seven year old originally borrowed this book from our public library and we were so thrilled with it that we purchased the book. Whether you are a die-hard-know-everything Clone Wars fan or just want to get up to speed, this is the book for you.

Although I have to Agree with most people at a slight disapointment that The Clone Wars 3-D Animated Movie and Series is so geared towards the younger Star Wars fans. It mostly excludes the Serious Adult Star Wars Fan. That is something I kind of have a bone to pick. However putting that aside I try to enjoy The Clone Wars for what it is. Geared Towards Kids, However True Star Wars fans can Still Somewhat Appriciate it. On that Level I Give this Book, as a review of the Series 5 Stars Because it does such a great job. The Detail and Accuracy is Fanatical. The Book really pays attention to detail and any fan of the Series Should own this book. So why in my review did I only Give 4 Stars ? That is Because as a total Star Wars Fanatic The Clone Wars Series as a whole Is Good for Adults But I still feel a bit cheated as It is based towards Children for the Most Part.

If you like the artwork of Star Wars the Clone Wars you'll love this. It's a great guide and my 10 year old who loves Star Wars really likes this. I think it's fantastic graphics, having grown up with Star Wars I really like it myself.

Got a Clone Wars fan in your house? This is the book for them. My son is 10 and loves this book, he refers to it all the time. It may get put down but in time will be picked back up. He loves it, so I love it.

The book arrived just in the "nick" of time for my nephew's birthday. My fault for ordering "late", but it all worked out. He absolutely loved it! Fortunately, I had been tutored in exactly what the book was prior to ordering, otherwise I would have had no idea. Perfect gift for an 11-year old boy!

This book is a wealth of great Clone Wars trivia for the ultimate little fan. It was a big hit and well worth the money. The illustrations inside the book and layout of the book is well done. Very happy with this purchase.

I got this for a kid and they loved it actually read every single word outloud (took them a while but hey they were reading).

This book is very similar to the other visual Guide's in that it details the varius charaters, ships, locations and events seen in the movie. However there is one startaling feature, for those who have not seen the movie I will not say to much. While the movie concentrates on one particular event the book details many others that are not shown it the movie. This leads me to belive that this book is also the lead into eather a second movie or a cartoon series. This book is good fun and if you have the other visual guides then is is a must have to complete the set.

Bought this for my nephew who doesn't appear interested but there's plenty of time for that to change.Good book based around the Clone Wars movie and some of the first season of the animated series lots of pictures and a good buy.Well it makes me interested into picking up more like this!
